H Thomas (Tom) Fehn

Mr. Fehn is a founding partner (1972) of Fields, Fehn & Sherwin, a boutique Los Angeles law firm that focuses on all aspects of securities law. Since his admission to the California Bar in 1969, he has served in private practice as an attorney. Mr. Fehn graduated from Loyola University of Los Angeles and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California.

For more than ten years, H Tom Fehn has co-chaired the West Coast Practicing Law Institute annual seminar on securities arbitration, which educates attorneys on developments and intricacies of this specialized practice.

He has also served on the faculty of the University of West Los Angeles School of Law, teaching Corporations Law.

Mr. Fehn is also a trusted mediator who is hired by lawyers on both sides of a claim to help them resolve their dispute without costly litigation.

Gregory J. Sherwin

Mr. Sherwin, a partner in the law firm, was born and educated in England, graduating with a law degree from the University of Birmingham (with honours), in 1973. After admission to the California Bar in 1976, he joined Mr. Fehn's firm as an associate. They have practiced law together ever since.

Mr. Sherwin is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, 2nd and 9th Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal, all federal courts in California, and all California state courts. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Mr. Sherwin's practice has been almost exclusively in civil litigation, in both state and federal courts, and in securities industry arbitrations. Mr. Sherwin has extensive experience in the litigation of complex investment loss cases at all levels of trial and appeal. He has also litigated securities industry regulatory and enforcement cases at the administrative, trial and appellate levels.

Harry C. Donkers, Of Counsel

Mr. Donkers was admitted to the California Bar in 1961, having graduated with a B.S. from the University of Oregon in 1954 and from Stanford University School of Law in 1961. Mr. Donkers speaks four foreign languages fluently (French, Spanish, Dutch and German) and he lived and practiced law in Paris, France from 1980 to 2002.

Mr. Donkers was company counsel for Litton Industries,Inc., from 1961 to 1965, and was Vice-President, General Counsel, of Avery International, Inc. from 1966 to 1979. Mr. Donkers' principal areas of practice are European Mergers and Acquisitions, Technology Transfers, Industrial Property Licensing and Industrial/Commercial Franchising, Joint-Ventures, Contracts, and Labor Relations. He has extensive experience in multinational and ICC Arbitration, multinational litigation management and mediation.
