Mr. Donkers was admitted to the California Bar in 1961, having graduated with a B.Sc. from the University of Oregon in 1954 and from Stanford University School of Law in 1961.
Mr. Donkers speaks four foreign languages fluently (French, Spanish, Dutch and German) and he lived and practiced law in Paris, France from 1980 to 2002.
Mr. Donkers was company counsel for Litton Industries,Inc., from 1961 to 1965, and was Vice-President, General Counsel, of Avery International, Inc. from 1966 to 1979. Mr. Donkers' principal areas of practice are European Mergers and Acquisitions, Technology Transfers, Industrial Property Licensing and Industrial/Commercial Franchising, Joint-Ventures, Contracts, and Labor Relations.
He has extensive experience in multinational and ICC Arbitration, multinational litigation management and mediation.
